Pricing

Each cake I make is unique & tailor-made to your specifications, so it's impossible to give a general price list. However, as a rough guide, prices for a plain iced family-size sponge start at around £30 (before decoration). Please also refer to my cake toppers page for prices of figures.

Please contact me for a no-obligation quote based on your requirements. Then, if you want to go ahead, I'll send you an order form to complete.

Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total price will be payable by cheque/postal order when you return your completed order form. As well as confirming your order, this will enable me to make sure I've got everything I'll need to complete your cake.

For the balance, I can accept any of the following:

• Cash
  In person only - please don't post cash as it's not safe!  Payment of the balance on collection/delivery will be fine.
  
  
• Postal order 
  If you're paying the balance by postal order then I'll need to receive this at least two days before delivery/collection please.
  
  
• Personal cheque
  Supported by a valid cheque guarantee card. Please make cheques payable to Jennifer Cakes. If you're paying the balance by cheque then I'll need to receive this at least one week before delivery/collection please, to allow for clearing. 
  

Alterations / cancellations

Wherever possible, I'll always do my best to accommodate changes to an order. If this doesn't affect any work already done / items specifically purchased for your order, I'll be happy to do this at no extra charge.

In the event of you cancelling your order, any work already completed or items specifically purchased for your order will still be chargeable & deducted from the deposit paid. Any remaining deposit will then be returned to you.
