Most importantly - When do you need it for?
Please get in touch as early as you can. I'll still try to accommodate a late order if I can, but my calendar often fills up several months in advance, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Design
What are you after (shape / colour / theme)?
What's the occasion? (this will give me a better idea of what you need)
Size
If you need a particular size that's fine, or just let me know how many people it needs to feed.
Flavour
What type of cake do you want? Bear in mind the shape (e.g. fruit cake may not be suitable for unusual shapes as it can't be sculpted easily).
Do you want any filling?
e.g. jam / buttercream? What flavour?
Do you want candles?
Any other special requirements?
e.g. no nuts. Please note I can only avoid adding nuts to the recipe. I can't guarantee that all ingredients will be nut-free.
Artistic license
If you'd rather be very specific in your design details and have me follow these to the letter, then please say so. Otherwise, I'll make my own interpretation of what you've asked for & do it in the way I think will work & look best.
