Cake flavours & Ingredients

All my cakes are made with real butter (where applicable) and free-range eggs. Most cakes can also be made using organic (excluding icing & decoration) or gluten free ingredients where required.

The most popular cakes are shown below, but you can have any other type of cake you fancy, just let me know :

Vanilla sponge

A firm but light, moist sponge, layered with jam of your choice & vanilla buttercream.

Light fruit cake (award-winning)

A light, dundee-style fruit cake made with the best vine fruits & plenty of golden rum.

Rich chocolate cake

A firm, rich, moist cake made with lashings of dark chocolate and layered with chocolate buttercream.

Carrot cake

A wonderfully moist, fruity cake made with coconut, spices, orange and rich golden rum.
