Based near Halstead, Essex, I've been making & decorating bespoke celebration cakes since the mid-90s. It started off as a great way of giving unique gifts to friends & family, but everyone started saying my cakes were really good & why didn't I go into business... So with a few specialist courses under my belt to perfect my skills, I took the plunge!

It's a lot of work, and sometimes very long hours (people don't realise just how much time goes into creating each cake), but I love it. I'm also a perfectionist, so you can be confident that I'll put as much love & care into creating your cake as you would. I guarantee you'll be delighted with the result.

My premises have been awarded 5 stars for food hygiene by Braintree District Council, and I have full public liability insurance.
